How to prepare
Usucha (Traditional Matcha)
1. Add 2 g matcha to your bowl
2. Pour 30 ml water at 80°C
3. Whisk in a quick “W” motion until creamy
4. Add more water to taste
Matcha Latte
1. Whisk 2-2,5 g matcha with 30 ml of 80°C water
2. Add 170 ml warm or cold milk
3. Sweeten if desired
