Ikebana & Japanese Tea Workshop | 22 February| 16:00-18:00

Join us for a calming Sunday afternoon where two Japanese traditions — tea and Ikebana — come together in one mindful experience.

Our plan: 

16:00 – 16:45 Matcha workshop with HARA

An interactive workshop focused on Japanese tea culture and hands-on preparation. Tea-infused sweets will accompany the workshop.

During the session, you will:

– prepare and taste two types of ceremonial matcha

– explore Hojicha(roasted green tea powder)

– understand cultivars and flavor profiles

– discover how to recognize high-quality matcha

– learn how to prepare matcha properly at home

16:45 – 18:00 Ikebana Workshop with Yuliia 

You will discover the philosophy behind Ikebana and the Japanese wabi-sabi approach to aesthetics and create your own flower arrangement guided by traditional principles and take it home with you.

Price includes: matcha workshop, flowers you take home with you, Ikebana bowl, kenzan (flower holder base)

Matcha tools (bowl, whisk, etc.) are not included in the price but will be available for purchase after the workshop.
