How to brew

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of loose leaf tea
  2. Pour 200-250 ml of water at 80°C
  3. Steep for 1-2 minutes
  4. Enjoy the warm aroma and comforting roasted flavour

For a deeper roast: steep slightly longer.
For a lighter cup: reduce steeping time.

Storage

Store airtight in a cool, dry place.
Unlike matcha, hojicha does not require refrigeration, but keeping it away from humidity preserves its roasted aroma.
